SHEN Jiahuan graduated from the College of Chemistry and Environmental Engineering, Shenzhen University in June 2021 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Food Science and Engineering. Joined the Food Science and Processing Research Center of Shenzhen University as a research assistant in July 2021.
