LI Qiuxia Graduated from Guangdong Ocean University in 2007 with a degree in Food Science and Engineering.
She has 17 years of experience in food quality management, previously held positions including: Technician and Production Supervisor at JDB Group; Quality Supervisor at Dongguan Kungfu Catering Management Company; Quality Control Manager at Jiayuan Central Kitchen; and Quality Control Manager for the Coucou Catering brand of Xiabuxiabu Group.
Her main work experience includes production management, quality control and auditing, quality system establishment, and quality management plan development. Able to establish comprehensive quality control processes, including raw material inspection, production process quality monitoring, and product inspection. Also led the improvement of quality issues, including optimizing processes and training employees, ensuring products meet ISO9001, HACCP, and other food quality standards and food safety management objectives.
She is primarily responsible for quality management at the factory.
