Dr. ZHENG Tao graduated from Anhui University in June 2017 with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Polymer Materials and Engineering. In June 2021, he graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China with a Doctor of Science degree in Polymer Chemistry and Physics. In the same year, he joined the Food Science and Processing Research Center of Shenzhen University as a postdoctoral researcher, conducting research in the field of deep processing of plant protein. He completed his postdoctoral research in June 2023 and remained as an associate research fellow.
